Projects and Consulting Services

Besides its research activities the I2A2 group offers its experience in applied acoustics and instrumentation to companies and public institutions and agencies in the consulting and acoustic engineering areas through its technological services. These services also complement the LABENAC's offer in terms of acoustic testing.

Work in applied acoustics has focussed on the following areas:

• Studies on acoustic impact (through measurements or simulation)
• Strategic noise maps
• Simulation (Lima, Predictor, Mithra)
• Integral studies in isolation (UNE EN 12354)
• Sonorization, design and acoustic conditioning of premises (EASE and Raynoise)
• Noise control (Sysnoise)

The group can also offer their expertise in fields such as virtual instrumentation, digital signal processing, development of tailored made automated testing systems and metrology.
